Windows 10: Won't Work Chromebook To Windows 10

Discus and support Won't Work Chromebook To Windows 10 in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I wanted to ask if i can get windows 10 on my chromebook.     Why won`t Microsoft Money work on Windows 10?

    I have MS Money on my laptop with Windows 7 When I downloaded 10 it said I needed IE 6 so I went back to 7

    MS Money works on Windows 8 as I have installed it on my netbook. Why won`t it work on Windows 10?
