Windows 10: word 2013 wont print in wondows 10 just started happenng

I can print from every other place but word 2013. keeps telling me that I have no printer installed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled printer driver and set as default and still wont print.

Word, Excel and Adobe wont print

To further troubleshoot your printing concern, we suggest that you create a test user profile. Using the test user profile, try to print an Excel, Word and Adobe file.

To create a test user profile, follow these steps:

• On Search, type Setting then hit the Enter key.
  
• On Settings window, select Accounts.
• Select Family & other people.
• Select Add someone else to this PC.
• Name the user profile as TEST.
• Assign a password for TEST user, then select Next.
• Sign in TEST user.

Please take note if you will experience the printing issue on TEST user.

Attention my words 2013 disappear from my laptop

Having issues printing & things like I WROTE with Words 2013 Turn to pads

 

Unable to print using Word

• How have you connected the printer to your computer, Is it wired or wireless connection? Tried both and each time can print test pages but not from Word. I get this error message "Word cannot print due to an error with the
  current printer setup" So its not the printer as I can print from it using test so it must be Windows 10 as I was able to use the printer under Windows 7
• Are you able to print using other programs such as Excel or Internet Explorer?
  No - similar error messages
• Which version of Office is installed? I have both Word 2010 and Word 2013 and I cannot print from either
