Windows 10: WORD PROBLEM

A message pops up in my word documents that tells me that my changes cannot be uploaded or downloaded because "my cache credentials have expired," and directs me to sign in. But when I try to sign in I get an error message that says "something went wrong, please try again later 0x80860010." But if sign in elsewhere, my user id and password are fine. And I cannot attach my word document to an email or save my changes, . HELP!!,

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

 

How do I change (Read Only) on Microsoft Word


When I downloaded Windows 10 and used my Microsoft Word it was in (Read Only) and I tried looking up how to solve the problem including looking at properties on my document to uncheck read only, but it was already unchecked. I have tried all the steps suggested.

Word, Excel and PowerPoint are Office applications. There are different Office versions. You may follow the steps below to check which version of Office you are using.

  Go to File Then select Account.
  
• 
  Click on About Word (Which have symbol of question mark).
  

I also suggest you to check multiple versions of Microsoft Office is installed or not in your system. You may follow the steps below:

• 
  Go to Control panel.
  
• 
  Click on programs and features.
