Why have you changed this game to make it so hard to play? I used to love to play the Expert level of this game and now, I can hardly get through the Medium level. Please change it back to the way it used to be. Thank you.

Microsoft Wordament game

In microsoft wordament game, when the Oral-B toothbrush ad is run, at the ad's completion the program exits the game and goes back to the full Games Screen. At first I thought it only happened when that ad is run as the first ad. Tonight the ad ran in
the middle of going through the wordament game. This does not happen with any other ad.

 

Wordament update has made wordament unplayable

I was asked to update Wordament but each time it moves me forward for having got certain points for a level, when I go back to play it all words havegone. The stars are there but basically the game is unplayable. Any suggestions as to how I can put this
right, please.
