Windows 10: Work bought me a brand new Asus laptop!

It's such a nice change from an outdated Mac that has an overly massive screen, plus I like windows 10.....

But I've run into an issue.

I need to be able to print multiple PDF's from a folder but ctrl+P doesnt do anything. Every article on google is from 2017 or earlier and doesnt apply. Every workaround I've found doesnt work either. Has anyone found an up-to-date workaround or anything to make this possible? it's pretty important that it works as I have to print anywhere between 1-17 PDF files up to 20 times per day. On the Mac I was using i just highlight, command+P and boom, done but on windows 10 apparently theres no ctrl+P anymore. someone halp me

BSOD on brand new laptop

Hi all,

I have just bought a brand new laptop (Asus Vivobook S14) yesterday and just experienced a BSOD. I have attached the minidump file

My brand new Asus laptop came with pre-installed malware.

Laptop may have been manufactured in early 2016 and has been on the shelf for nearly a year waiting to be purchased.

Why don’t you return the laptop to the place of purchase for a complete refund or tell the vendor the laptop has issues and needs to be replaced?

Contact ASUS Support regarding these issues you are seeing on a “brand new” ASUS laptop that was just turned on for the first time and is still under warranty and let ASUS explain or resolve your concerns: Official Support | ASUS USA

New HP laptop showing Asus wallpaper-- is this because I set up my Windows account on an Asus?

I just bought a brand new HP laptop. After doing the basic set-up, it is showing me the same wallpaper as for the Asus laptop I am decommissioning. Why? Is this because I set up my WIndows/Outlook account on the Asus? And how do I change it?
