Windows 10: Work program Ericom text not working HELP

    Work program Ericom text not working HELP


    I don't know a lot about computers. I've installed my work program 'ericom' on my computer but some of the applications the text is blacked out/blurry and makes it impossible to use. The apps are called davinci and my outlook email is the same way. I've tried messing with the resolution and making sure my graphics card is up to date as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the program. My computer is brand new as well has barely been used but I'm not sure why my programs aren't being compatible! Any insight or information anyone may have will help!!!

    Hi buddaButt,

    If you run Karspersky Internet Security 2015, refer to the post below:

    Windows 10 Compatability

    You have to install a patch for it to work on Windows 10.

    The latest version of Kaspersky should work on Windows 10:

    You may contact Kaspersky support and request the latest version, since you already subscribe your Kaspersky , most likely you would get it for free.
