    World Update United kingdom and Ireland problem


    Here is my problem. I began the process of updating my copy of the simulator to the latest United KIngdom and Ireland update. The very first thing that has happened is that my desktop and start menu icons do absolutely nothing........so, I attempted to get the update through the MIcrosoft Store where I originally purchased the program.......no luck. All I get is an error message 0x80073D19. At the moment I have no way to update the program. Can anyone assist me in solving this ? Thanks in advance.

    Sorry, I should have mentioned I brought the laptop yesterday. It is a Dell XPS 15. I did set up the installation and remember scrolling to find United Kingdom at the first step.
