    my passport ultra 1tb

    Hi there

    I used to use my passport ultra no my windows 10 laptop but one day when my laptop froze it stopped working

    It doesend show so that i can open my files but it shows i can eject it

    when i went to propertys it showed a code 10 error and i tryed the solutions they gave online but it still doesent work
