    Write Protection of PenDrive


    Hey,I know this isn't the right place to ask but don't know whom to approach. My Pen drive has been in write protection from a long time and I'm not able to remove it. I have used the diskpart and the regedit methods but still couldn't remove the write protection. Please suggest me other options to solve this problem.

    Remove write protection in windows 10 pendrive.

    Hi, I bought a windows 10 home retail version which had a usb 3.0 pendrive.

    However, the version of windows in the pendrive was very old. So I thought to download the latest iso and flash it into that pendrive.

    But when I went to flash that, a message showed up telling that the pendrive is wright protected.

    Please help me remove that write protection from it.

    (Note:- OS I'm running - Windows 10 home (20H2)

    I don't have StorageDevicesPolicies in my regestry).

    Today I inserted my pendrive in a computer and after that when Iinserted it in my computer then it says write protection. I am not able to delete or copy anything to pendrive or even Ican't formate it
