Windows 10: Wrong Bitlocker recovery key on account

I need to talk to Microsoft chat because I have two computer but only one Bitlocker recocvery key for windows 11. The place I bought the computer can't help me and told me to contact MicrosoftHow do I contact them

What puzzles me is why the Bitlocker recovery key is not listed on the microsoft account, but there is a recovery key listed there for a computer I do not recognise.

I have several laptops but only the HP Envy has had Bitlocker on it. So what key is this on my account? And why isn't the Envy key there?
