Windows 10: Wrong time shown briefly on Welcome screen

I noticed that when I start my Windows 10 laptop (Lenovo Legion Y530), the Welcome screen briefly shows the wrong time (12 hours behind my timezone), then in a few seconds changes to the correct time. It doesn't happen every time I boot up - couldn't establish a clear pattern yet. The laptop is a few months old (unlikely to be a battery failure), and the BIOS shows the correct time.

What could cause this? Thanks in advance for the help!

Lock Screen shows wrong time format

You can try another solution, follow these steps below:

• Click on Start button and select Settings.
• Click on Time and Language.
• Click on Change date and time formats.
• You can change it to 24 hours.
  
• Check if the lock screen change also.
