    I have been trying to do an Inplace Upgrade to W-10 Pro from W-7 Pro.

    I have unplugged everything but the PS2 Keyboard, PS2 Mouse and a Touch Screen Monitor.

    The Upgrade fails and reverts the System back to W-7 Pro.

    This last time it said to get help at:

    Problem is neither IE-11 nor EDGE can get there.

    Is there anywhere I can find out what the W-10 Upgrade does not like?
