Windows 10: x box 1 ESO charactors linked to my PC account.

I'm buying a new computor soon and am wondering if I will be able to link and use my charactors from ESO to the PC.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Undo 2 x email accounts added to Outlook accidentally linked together


A couple of days ago I upgraded my HP Pavilion TS15 Laptop OS from the free MS Windows 10 Home version, with a purchased 2013 version of Windows 10 Professional. MS Office 2013 came with the package, and that included the email application, Outlook 2013.

I have four x email accounts - 1 x Outlook.com, I x Gmail and 2 x Hotmail., and after the upgrade decided to add all to Outlook 2013. The Outlook and 1 x Hotmail accounts were set up/added without any problems, including keeping their own folders.

However, at some point while adding 1 x Hotmail and the Gmail accounts, I appear to have accidentally linked the two accounts together. The folders lists that appear under each added account are exactly the same - as though both email accounts have been completely merged together, including the folder lists. In essence, all the folders in the Gmail account have been added to the Hotmail account folders list, and all folders from the Hotmail account have been included and added into the Gmail folders list...

Receiving emails difficulties: If an email comes in addressed to my Gmail account, the exact same email is also delivered to the Hotmail account, and vice versa. Additionally, if I prepare and send an email from one of the accounts - say the Hotmail account, then the same email is also sent from the other linked Gmail account. Everything to do with these two emails is automatically duplicated.

Sending emails difficulties: What is also most frustrating is that any email I send from either of the two rogue accounts, the end result is that the intended recipient gets two identical emails, one from each of the two linked accounts.

I need to somehow un-link the two email accounts from each other, to restore their original individual setup and folders/content lists.

 

Cannot access ESO account

I've got the same problem. I bought the Age of Empires III Complete Collection two weeks ago via steam.

Soon after I forgot my password. The following describes what I've tried until now, but
nothing worked yet.

First step: I tried to change it using the official Ensemble Studios Online-ESO-Account-Manager:

Unfortunately, I never received an email, althought I could correctly answer my own secret question. I also checked spam filters and so on.

Second step: was to contact the "official" support email addresses from:

From the first I've got an automatic answer with outdated help links. From the second nothing. A week later I've learned that the first support address isnt't "supported" anymore. Source (in german):

Third step: After that I've contacted the official Microsoft X-Box support like stated on the official website on the bottom:

The support guy was very kind there, yet he couldn't help me as they seem not to have access to Ensemble Studios.

Fourth step: So I tried it with Microsoft main support site, also very kind assistance, but no real help. She told me, that I should try Xbox-Support again, which I didn't do until now.

Fithth step: Posting this here, hoping to get helpful assitance. I've read some guys having the same problems a year ago, but all the links and forums are outdated and not active anymore.

Current situation: Still no multiplayer gaming possible without password, which is frustrating for a all new bought game. I could try to establish contact to the reponsible persons, for example
