    Bonjour j'ai un problème avec mon pc (un lenovo yoga 300).

    À la fin d'une mise à jour, j'ai dû redémarrer mon pc et après le redémarrage je tombe sur une page qui me demande de choisir en l'option *Dépannage ou *Éteindre le pc.

    X:\windows\system32\cmd. Exe [​IMG]

    J'ai donc essayé l'option dépannage:

    X:\windows\system32\cmd. Exe [​IMG]

    *Restauration du système (qui me renvoie à la page choisir une option)

    *Retrograder vers le version précédente (qui me demande de réinitialiser le pc)

    *Récupération de l'image système ( demande d'insérer un DVD final de jeu de sauvegarde ? J'en ai pas)

    *outil de redémarrage système (diagnostic qui fini par retourner sur la page avec choisir une option)

    *Invite de commande ( je ne sais pas quoi faire)

    X:\windows\system32\cmd. Exe [​IMG]

    *Changer les paramètres du micro programme UEFI ( aucune idée de ce que je dois faire)

    Voilà, please aidé moi.

    Thank you for your reply.

    I somehow managed to get a bootable dvd of windows 10 and tried running chkdsk command but it did not helped.

    I tried following steps to create a new profile:

    • boot from windows 10 dvd.
    • Opened cmd by hitting SHIFT+F10.
    • By default it was showing X:\source>
    • I tried to look for windows\system32 in both C: and D: drives (though my windows was installed in CX:\windows\system32\cmd. Exe :).
    • But was able to locate it in X:\windows\system32
    • when i tried renaming utilman.exe it was unable to locate utilman.exe in system32 folder
    • I tried renaming sticky keys exe (sethc.exe) too but was unable to find it too.
    Please suggest if anything else can be done to save my personal data.

    :/ i dont get this doe ?

    okay ive done the same thing as you but i cant put the file back into the folder

    • Copy nvlddmkm.sys in C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\nv_dispi.inf_amd64_5518e59e8d3b48f4\ to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\ and replace the existing one.
