Windows 10: xactengine2_0 is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error.

I just installed a game on my PC with Windows 10. I tried to run that game and got the error C:/Windows/System32/xactengine2_0.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error.I tried to install DirectX SDK June 2010 but it gave the same error. I tried to install DirectX 9.0c but it also game me the same problem... I have also tried to download the dll file from the internet and pasted in the System32 folder but it didn't work...



I am a 64-bit user and my DirectX version is 12 (I got the version by running DXDIAG command)



I think DirectX is a driver so I am putting this issue in Devices and Driver topic...



Please Help Me....

Since you are getting same error "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\MSVCR120.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error".

We suggest that you refer to this
thread as some customers are also having the same issue and try to check the suggested fix of Santosh_Rai.

Yeah, like I said in my post. I already did all of that. Did the uninstall of C++ and the reinstall multiple times actually. It didn’t resolve anything.
