Windows 10: Xbox App doesnt recognize EA Desktop

I have game pass ultimate, when I try to download an EAPlay game it says that I have to download EA Desktop. When I click to download that, It says there was an error and it cant be downloaded through the app, but gives me a link to a download for it. I download it, install it, log into it, and then try to download the EA game again. And it says the same thing. Its been an issue ive had for the last week, ive tried uninstalling both and reinstalling multiple times, restarting pc, and even going through the process of linking my EA account and Xbox Live account myself and nothing has fixed it. Id just like to know how to fix this issue

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

Launch the Xbox Insider Hub app on your Xbox One console (or install the Xbox Insider Hub from the Store first if necessary).

From the side menu on the main landing page, navigate to Insider content > Apps > EA Access Hub.

Select Join.

Selecting Join will redirect to the Store to install the updated version of the app.

NOTE: It can take a few minutes before the Store recognizes an updated version of the app is available; please return to the Store page later if you do not immediately begin installing the new version of the EA Access Hub.

NOTE: An active EA Access membership is necessary to enjoy the features available in the EA Access Hub. Learn more about EA Access.

If you encounter any issues with the new version of the EA Access Hub, please submit feedback via Report a problem (hold down the Xbox button on the controller and select Report a problem from the power menu).
