Windows 10: Xbox App Error Code 0x80131509?

I've been trying to install the Xbox app on my computer, but it shows error code 0x80131509 ,the error code that says I need to be connected to the internet, but I am. It also says that I need to update again, but Windows gives me the unnecessary updates.

Version 1909

OS build: 18363.592

System type: 32-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Xbox App won't sign in - Error codes (0x409) 0x80131509

I have the same issue, getting the error code "(0x409) 0x80131509" every time I try to login in the Xbox App.

I tried to follow all your steps.

• "Normal Startup" was already selected.
• Changed Xbox Live - Auth Manager, Game Save and Networking Service to automatic and they are running

Then wanted to delete account and cache folders, but there was no "TokenBroker" folder under %userprofile%\....\AC. Only a empty one called "Temp" which I deleted. Also my "Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider" folder is called slightly different: Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_8wekyb3d8bbwe.

I'm still unable to login. Do you have any other suggestions on how to fix this?

Just downloaded the Xbox App on the Windows Store. And the app is giving me the error trying to sign in:

0x409 0x80131509

I've tried all of the solutions to the general 0x409 error: Reinstalling the app, trying the Xbox Beta app, wsreset.exe, making sure the 3 services are enabled, etc.

The second error code after searching around I can't find anything about it.

Any help would be appreciated
