Windows 10: Xbox App launching but not loading anything

i am having a problem with my xbox app and my xbox games pass. when i launch it nothing loads and when i click on the profile icon and click sign in nothing happens i will drop a screenshot below of how it looks like. I have microsoft store error code 0x80131500 and i figured this might have something to do with my games pass app not working properly so i looked at this guide and did all these steps ill put below already and it didnt fix the microsoft store or my games pass app. i already uninstalled/reset xbox games pass app multiple times and made sure my region was correct in my computer se

• Has any new software or hardware been added recently? No.
• Did you also change any settings prior to this issue? No.
• Is there any error message? None.
• For the Xbox app issue, have you also tried the suggestions posted by Syed Md Bilal in this thread?
  Quite a few people found it helpful. - I did try this (for the Xbox and Photos app) and it made absolutely no difference.

I'd appreciate any additional suggestions. I'm still unable to use either the Xbox or Photos app. I'd really like to use them.

Thank you for posting your response.

I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Xbox app on your computer and check.
Follow the steps provided below.

• 
  Type Windows Powershell in search box.
  
• 
  Right click on Windows Powershell and select
  Run as administrator.
  
• 
  Copy and paste the following command.
  
  • get-appxpackage *Microsoft.XboxApp* | remove-appxpackage
• 
  Press Enter key.
  

After uninstalling the Xbox app, I suggest you to download and install the app again and check.
