Windows 10: Xbox App Privacy setting and network

Hi, i have recently been trying to change my privacy settings for Join multiplayer games - when i click allow and press save i get a message saying An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later.
please help me

also i dont know if this is related but my network setting says

• Press the Start button and type Services on the search box.
• On the list of services, look for Xbox Live Auth Manager,

The next steps should be done to the three mentioned services above:

• Right click on the service and select Properties.
• Set the Startup type to Automatic. If the service isn't started, click
  Start.
