  1. Xbox App "Server Connectivity" "Blocked"

I have been having this issue since....the last 3 years....Since i built my computer in fact. I purchased Forza Horizon 3 and was NEVER able to play online. Purchased Forza 7 thinking this would be resolved by now...nope same thing STILL. I have followed the provided guides via the "More Information". I have uninstalled Terdo, renabled it after reinstall (via restart). I have put all Xbox Live ports on my port forwarding options of my router. The issue is resolved momentarily when i restart "IP Helper", however, once i am in a Forza Lobby for more than 30 seconds, or restart the app at all, it will go back to being blocked. I have even uninstalled the Xbox App via PowerShell and re-installed it (same issue). Ive checked my IPv6 connections on/off, no difference.

There is times where i will do the "restart IP helper and restart Xbox networking services" and it will work all night! then poof, gone.

I can go through 4-5 restarting of services at times and it wont work. its like it has an attitude.

Im at wits end. I want to buy Forza Horizon 4, but if i cant sort this out now, then im not wasting money on a 3rd forza title i cant play online.

I have followed every article i have found to no avail. I have spoken with the Microsoft robot and read/did all those articles too.

    please....help me fix this...please....

    :)

    Hi,

There are several reasons why the Xbox app server connectivity is blocked. It is possible that
your PC was unable to establish a Teredo IPsec connection to the Quality of Service (QoS) server or your Firewall settings are blocking the connection. To properly isolate your concern, please provide us the following information:

    • Is your computer connected to a wired or wireless internet connection?
    • Have you made any changes on your computer prior to the issue?
    • Are you experiencing the same issue in safe mode with networking? To start Windows in safe mode with networking, you can follow the steps on this

"Server connectivity = blocked" on Xbox app on Windows 10

    Hi MoonBunny17,

If your server connectivity is "Blocked", it means that your computer was unable to establish a Teredo IPsec connection to the Quality of Service (QoS) server. Since you've tried the troubleshooting steps from our support page, let's try to restart the "IP
Helper" and "Xbox Networking Service" by performing the following steps below:

    1. Press the Windows Key + R to open the Run box.
    2. Type "services" and hit enter to open the Services Window
    3. Scroll down until you find an entry called “IP Helper”. Right-click on it, and then click Restart.
    4. Scroll all the way down to the bottom and do the same thing for “Xbox Live Networking Service”.
    5. Close the window, open the Xbox app and check your connection again.

If the issue persists, I recommend that you try connecting your computer to another network to see if that will change the server connectivity on the Xbox app.

Keep us updated with the results after performing the suggested solutions above.
