Windows 10: Xbox BETA Installer wont install

This problem persists with installing anything from the Microsoft store and installing it from the installer. The installer will either not progress on its progress bar at all or will get stuck at about 40% then won't move. The Microsoft store will say that it is installing the program but then won't make any progress beyond "Starting Download."


I have tried installing it both from the store and from the xbox beta installer separately, I have run sfc /scannow multiple times, I have tried all of the solutions I could find on forums including, uninstalling and reinstalling the windows store in windows PowerShell, signing out of and back into my Microsoft account, signing into someone else's Microsoft account running the troubleshooter and disabling all third-party software. None of these solutions have worked.

I have tried everything I can think of and that I have found. Can anyone help me fix this?

Insurgency wont install and run for me....

I have played and have fully updated CS and Half life 2....
I am using the newest client and installed the SDK.

I am completely blown away, if i click the desktop icon it starts the sdk and then closes, and it doesn't show up in my game list...

First mod attempt install here, followed the directions step by step on the mods website...

Any ideas?

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.
