    Xbox console companion/Live Auth manager


    I have a PC for my Mrs young brother that we use for ourselves for things. He uses the Xbox console companion when hes gaming.

    Only thing is the Xbox service starts (Xbox live auth manager service) and constantly pops up with his friends adding him to parties etc and drives me nuts.

    If i stop the service it restarts itself and wondered how i can stop this without disabling it? They are all set to manual by default so im curious to what specifically is starting it also.

    So without making another user which id rather not or completely disabling the Xbox service is there a way i can have this stop starting in background until he opens the console companion?

    Windows version 20H2

    FYI

    Windows store sells and trades via XBOX Live Ultimate for PC, games and though I have found this question. "Xbox for PC game doesn't start"; I haven't found any answers. The problem is with Xbox console companion which has become updated in new form XBOX
    Console Companion-Beta.

    I usually have given up when there is no starting a game and after resetting or reinstalling game fails, and I would have missed this for I seldom install beta software, but I wanted to play this game. The game did not sign in properly using the Xbox Companion,
    which is necessary to run the game.

    Simply sign-in to games using Xbox Console Companion-Beta.
