Windows 10: Xbox Game Bar refuses to open.

I don't know what's going on, but for whatever reason the Xbox Game Bar refuses to open anymore. It use to work just fine, I would use it all the time to play online and party up with friends. However at some point it just stopped opening. No idea why. I tried doing just about everything I could find online short of reinstalling windows. Regedits, turning it off then back on again, reinstalling it, resetting it, removing it from my system, reinstalling it again. Removing Xbox, reinstalling it a third time. I'm at a complete loss as to why it won't open.

Anyone able to point me in the direction of a website that doesn't rehash the same BS directions that every single other website spits out at you? Especially the ones that are years old telling you to install some windows package for a much older version of windows, those are my favorite.

I have an Xbox One controller so I can click the Xbox button and it works for me, but I'm not on 19041.388. Hopefully Brink's suggestion will work for you. *Smile I find that by simply restarting the PC will fix most apps refusing to open, but I haven't had that issue in a while.

my xbox game bar doesnt detect my microphone, when i press it, it says that my privacy settings prevent it from accessing microphone, but then, when i click on the "show my how to fix this" button it takes me to a list on settings, but, xbox game bar doesnt
seem to be on this list
