Windows 10: Xbox Game Pass Ultimate now available to Preview Delta

Starting today, Xbox Insiders in Preview Delta can join and test the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate plan before it launches later this year in current Xbox Game Pass markets.

NOTE: Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is currently available to English speaking Xbox Insiders in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia in Preview Alpha, Preview Alpha – Skip Ahead, Preview Beta, or Preview Delta.

When you join Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, we will apply any prepaid time you have on Xbox Live Gold and/or Xbox Game Pass toward Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, up to a maximum of 36 months. For example, if you have 3 months of Xbox Live Gold and 3 months of Xbox Game Pass already on your account when you purchase your first month of Game Pass Ultimate, you will have a total of 7 months of Ultimate on your account before you need to renew your membership.

Please note that if you redeem Xbox Game Pass or Xbox Live Gold tokens after joining Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, the information presented during the token redemption is inaccurate. This is a known bug and we are rapidly working on deploying a fix. During Xbox Insider testing, we recommend redeeming any Xbox Game Pass or Xbox Live Gold tokens prior to upgrading to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

Starting today, Xbox Insiders in Preview Alpha and Preview Alpha – Skip Ahead can join and test Xbox Game Pass Ultimate before it launches later this year in current Xbox Game Pass markets.

Introducing Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Coming Later this Year

In June 2017, we launched Xbox Game Pass – with the goal of empowering gamers all over the world to discover their next favorite game. From the beginning, the service was built based on input from gamers and we’re always listening to fan feedback. Xbox Game Pass offers a curated library of over 100 great games, available to download and play at full fidelity, for one low–monthly price. Since launch, we’ve continued to add more diverse titles to the library, including new games from Xbox Game Studios and ID@Xbox partners the same day they release.

A top request you have shared from day one is to provide an option to get Xbox Game Pass and the most advanced multiplayer network, Xbox Live Gold, in a single membership.

We heard you. Today, we’re excited to announce Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate will include all of the benefits of Xbox Live Gold with Xbox Game Pass. That means the full Xbox Game Pass library of over 100 high quality games, and Xbox Live Gold online multiplayer, in one convenient membership for $14.99 a month. With Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, gamers will be able to play together on the most-advanced multiplayer network and discover their next favorite game.

Starting today, we’re inviting a limited number of our Xbox Insider community members to join and test Xbox Game Pass Ultimate before it launches later this year in current Xbox Game Pass markets.
