Windows 10: Xbox Insider Hub App Download Doesn't Recognize my New PC

My Microsoft Account shows 2-devices my old PC and my new PC. I was chosen to be an Alpha tester for the new Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 - the link they provided takes me to the App Store and I was able to get the app from the shopping cart with no problems. Now when I'm attempting to install to my device the only device that shows up on the screen is the old PC and not the new PC even though in my account it shows both devices and I'm well under the max of 10 devices, I only have 2-devices on my account. Any help will be appreciated.

Xbox Insider Hub does not appear in the Microsoft Store

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Community.

1. Did you make any changes to the PC prior to this issue?
   
2. Have you signed in using the Microsoft account?
   
3. Are you able to search for other apps on the Microsoft Store?
   

However, you may follow these steps to check if that helps.

Step 1: Suggest you to run the apps troubleshooter to
fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store.

Step 2: You can also try to manually
download the Xbox Insider Hub from the link.

Can't log in into Xbox Insider Hub

Hi,

There are several reasons why you are unable to sign in to the Xbox Insider Hub. Based on the error message that you received, it is possible that your PC is not connected to the internet or the Xbox Insider Hub is blocked from connecting to the network.
To properly isolate your concern, please clarify the following information:

• Is your PC connected to the internet?
• Are you able to access your other apps online?
• Are you still able to sign in to the regular Xbox App or the Xbox App Beta on the same PC?
• Have you tried to connect to a different router or network source?
• Is your computer connected via a wired or a wireless network?

If your PC is connected to the internet and your other apps can be accessed online, that means there is an issue with the Xbox Insider Hub itself. You may install all the critical and important Windows Updates on your PC by following the steps on this

link to ensure that the app is compatible with the current Windows Updates on your computer.

Once the computer is updated, uninstall and re-install the Xbox Insider Hub again. If the issue persists,
you may share the issues that you encounter by chatting with other Xbox Insiders on the Xbox Insider Forums. Here's how:
