  1. Xbox Insiders Hub issue - "There's a problem, Error making HTTP call. HTTP Code: Unauthorized"

On the bottom there's an error code ? CPZEzRrrB0edOSW7S25CDQ.0

Last night I joined the Minecraft Beta, to get the RTX version when it comes out.

This morning I got antsy, and to try and make it come faster I left the beta to rejoin, without realizing that it wasn't instantaneous and then proceeded to bug out when 10am PST drew nearer, so I installed the 'xbox beta' and 'xbox console companion' apps because various google results implied that it might help.

The xbox beta app suggested some things were missing that I should install 'Gaming Services', as the site I was reading said it would, so I did. At some point during all this I noticed I had been approved to rejoin the beta, so I did, and re-downloaded the latest Minecraft 1.16 beta.

I restarted my computer to see if it would push the update faster magical thinking, I know, and when I tried to load the Insider Hub it hovered for minutes and then gave me an HTTP Unauthorized error message.

I did a little searching, removed the xbox console companion app because I realized it might be interfering since I don't own and therefore have not connected an Xbox console, and Insider Hub started loading faster, but only to more quickly give me the Unauthorized message.

During all this I've realized that every time I restart my computer I have to "fix" the Teredo connection before it works, so I'm not sure if my problem is due to having joined, left, and rejoined the beta too quickly, or if it's some other Teredo issue. I've tried *every* Teredo fix including the command line check/reinstallation, firewall issues, xbox services being set correctly, and so on.

    :)

  2. Xbox Insider Hub does not appear in the Microsoft Store

    Hi,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Community.

    1. Did you make any changes to the PC prior to this issue?
    2. Have you signed in using the Microsoft account?
    3. Are you able to search for other apps on the Microsoft Store?

However, you may follow these steps to check if that helps.

Step 1: Suggest you to run the apps troubleshooter to
fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store
    .

Step 2: You can also try to manually
    download the Xbox Insider Hub
    from the link.

    Article for Reference.

Get the Xbox Insider Hub app

    Hope this helps.

Let us know if you got the help you needed by clicking 'Yes' or 'No'.

  3. Can't log in into Xbox Insider Hub

    Hi,

There are several reasons why you are unable to sign in to the Xbox Insider Hub. Based on the error message that you received, it is possible that your PC is not connected to the internet or the Xbox Insider Hub is blocked from connecting to the network.
To properly isolate your concern, please clarify the following information:

    • Is your PC connected to the internet?
    • Are you able to access your other apps online?
    • Are you still able to sign in to the regular Xbox App or the Xbox App Beta on the same PC?
    • Have you tried to connect to a different router or network source?
    • Is your computer connected via a wired or a wireless network?

If your PC is connected to the internet and your other apps can be accessed online, that means there is an issue with the Xbox Insider Hub itself. You may install all the critical and important Windows Updates on your PC by following the steps on this

    link
to ensure that the app is compatible with the current Windows Updates on your computer.

Once the computer is updated, uninstall and re-install the Xbox Insider Hub again. If the issue persists,
you may share the issues that you encounter by chatting with other Xbox Insiders on the Xbox Insider Forums. Here's how:

    • Sign in to Insider Program forums.
    • You may select Latest Xbox One Update Preview.
    • Select the appropriate category for your issue.
    • Click on Chat with Support.

Should you have any other queries, you may contact us anytime.

  4. Xbox Insiders Hub issue - "There's a problem, Error making HTTP call. HTTP Code: Unauthorized"

Xbox Insider Hub is not working

I am not able to sign in to Xbox Insider hub, I have tried all of the little fixes on the "problems" page and nothing has worked. None of the error codes have help pages. This issue has prevented me from accessing any of my Xbox games on my PC and I need
    help.

    Error codes: 0x83750007

    Unspecified error (Excep_FromHResult 0x80004005) (0x80004005)

I can access and fully utilize the Xbox App and have been doing so for some time but this is the first time that not having access to the Xbox Insider Hub has really negatively affected my experience with Microsoft. Please Help.
