Windows 10: Xbox One Preview Alpha Skip Ahead 1910 Update 190809-1940 - August 12

Starting at 2:00p.m. PST today, members of the Xbox One Preview Alpha Skip Ahead Ring will begin receiving the latest 1910 Xbox One system update (Build: 19H1_RELEASE_XBOX_DEV_19H2HOLD_1910\18363.7088.190809-1940).

Fixes:

Movies & TV

Fixed an issue where when resuming content there would be no audio and the video playback would be slightly faster.

System

Various updates to properly reflect local languages across the console.

Game Pass

Fixed an issue where the Game Pass Welcome page would fail to load content.

Guide

Fixed an issue where users were unable to play an audio CD via the “Play Disc” icon in the Guide when the disc is inserted.

Known Issues:

Notifications/Alerts

Some users have reported that when the content does not load when they attempt to open a new Message or Notification/Alert that appears on the dashboard or in the Guide.

Note: If you encounter this issue, be sure to indicate whether it was a Message or a Notification/Alert that was not loading content in your feedback description.

Audio

Users who have Dolby Atmos enabled and console display settings set to 120hz with 36 bits per pixel (12-bit) are experiencing loss of Dolby Atmos audio in some situations.

Workaround: Disable 120hz or set Video Fidelity to 30 bits per pixel (10-bit) or lower.

Gamertag

Customers attempting to change their GT using the new Gamertag features on the console will not yet see those changes reflected on the console.

Profile Color

Sometimes users may encounter the incorrect Profile color when powering on the console.

My Games and Apps

Fixed an issue in which some games were stalling or crashing when installing.

We have fixed an issue with any game that you own that is also in Game Pass did not show in your Ready To Install (RTI).

We are resolved an issue with duplicate tiles in RTI.

Performance fixes to games when resuming them from a paused state.

System

UI fixes to Home to correctly show when your Game Pass subscription is expiring.

Narrator fixes to various parts of Home and the Dashboard.

Localization fixes.

OOBE (Out Of Box Experience) UI and workflow fixes.

Fixes to stop the guide UI from jumping around in the UI.

USB TV Tuner

We have resolved the issue with the USB TV tuner is not working in Oneguide.

Known Issues:

Audio

Headsets are not being assigned to the users profiles and not working correctly.

My Games and Apps

DLC for games is not showing when you go to Manage games – Fix is in progress and a workaround is to go to the Store PDP (Product Display Page)

Profile Color

Sometimes users may encounter the incorrect Profile color when powering on the console.

Mixer

Users can watch full-screen Mixer streams on the Mixer Twist. Simply navigate to the Mixer twist, select a stream and hit A. Please test out these new features and provide feedback.

Fixes:

Audio – Blu-ray

We have fixed an issue in which Xbox Blu-ray without passthrough did not correctly handle headset insertion/removal when Spatial is enabled.

Messaging

Fixes addressing navigation with the Voice capture feature

My Games and Apps

Fixes addressing the failure to launch some games and apps with the “Too Long to Start” error.

Fixes addressing games that simply failed to launch and dropped the user back to home.

Fixed an issue in which some games were displaying the incorrect update size.

System
