Windows 10: Xbox one WIRED controller does not work on PC,Windows 10

Very simple problem with no solution, My Xbox one wired (not wireless) controller does not work and has not worked for a week.

I tried 3 different controllers on 2 different PC's both windows 10 with functioning USB ports and I have used data sync cables (at least 2) with no luck,Xbox accessories does not work,troubleshooter doesn't do crap,Its very hard to make the driver show up in device manager if I can do it at all. And the times I can make the controller work after a few minutes it keeps disconnecting or just vibrates for a few seconds and dead,there are no solutions I could find,Please help and feel free to ask if you need more info.

The drivers for Xbox 360 Controllers are automatically installed on Windows 10. If your Xbox 360 wired controller is not detected by your PC, try plugging it into a different USB port, and then test it again.

Xbox ONe Wired Controller No Longer Working On Xbox One, After Being Used on Windows 10 PC

Hi

My son has a wired controller which he has been able to use on his xbox one.

Yesterday, he plugged the controller into my windows 10 laptop to play a game.

The controller worked with no requirement to set it up, all was good there.

However, since he used the controller on the PC, he can no longer use it on the xbox one.

Any suggestions gratefully received.

Xbox One wired Controller doesn't work. Only with GOW


As title says. My Xbox One wired Controller works great with all games I have, except for Gears of War.
Any suggestion?
