Windows 10: Xbox play anywhere

I bought Forza Horizon 4 disc on Xbox one and noticed it was a Xbox play anywhere title, and decided to download it on pc. I have the newest version of windows 10 and also everything else is up to date but it shows that I dont own Forza Horizon 4 and I have to buy it again.

There are two possible reasons why you're having issues downloading the Xbox Play Anywhere version of Gears of War 4 on your Windows 10 PC. First, if you're not signed in with the Microsoft account you've used to purchase the game. Second, if you didn't
purchase the XPA version of the game.

To determine if you're using the email address you've used to purchase the game, we suggest that you follow the steps provided on this

link on how to check your Xbox purchase history. Make sure that you sign in with the Microsoft account you're using on your Windows 10 computer. If you can't see the transaction, kindly search for the account on your Xbox One console. Here
are the steps:

• Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
• Select Settings.
• Select All settings.
• Select Account.
• On the Account settings screen, select Sign-in, security & passkey.
  
• On the Sign-in, security & passkey screen, you will see your email address displayed.
  

If you're already signed in with the correct account, the next step is to check if the game you've purchased is the Xbox Play Anywhere version. To do this, kindly get in touch with our Xbox support team. They can help you check the details of the transaction

Hi,

There are a lot of possible reasons why you are having this issue. One of which is having a corrupted profile. To help you resolve this issue, we suggest that you perform the steps below:

Method 1: Remove your profile on your Xbox One.

• Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
• Select Settings.
• Select All Settings.
• Under Account, select Remove accounts.
• Select the account that you want to remove.
• Select Remove to confirm.
• When you're finished, select Close.

Method 2: Clear Mac address.

• Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.
• Select Settings.
• Select All Settings.
• Select Network.
• Select Network settings.
• Select Advanced settings.
• Select Alternate MAC address.
• Select Clear.
• Select Restart.

Method 3: Re-add your Xbox Profile on your Xbox One.

• Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
• On the Sign in tab, move all the way down and select
  Add & manage.
• Select Add new.
• Enter the email address for the Microsoft account, and then select Enter.
  

Note: Important Make sure that you do not select Get a new account, unless that’s what you want to do. If you select this, you will create a brand-new Microsoft account.

Make sure that the account you've used to purchase the Xbox Play Anywhere game on your computer is the same Xbox Live account signed in on your console.
