Windows 10: Xbox privacy settings are missing (companion app on a pc)

Hello. I can't invite people and appear offline to them in xbox companion app. The only solution I found is to change privacy settings, but those are missing from my account completely.

But you can't change it here

Things I tried:

- adding friend's account to family and vice versa. Friend's accounts appears on this page and if I click on it a lot of settings appear, but for my account there is only two settings. Same if he adds my account, no settings for my account.

- creating/removing family

- different browser

- reinstalling companion app, logging out, etc

- fixing settings on router. Now "NAT type" shows as "Open" (not "Moderate") but issue still exists.

The Xbox app has been renamed to Xbox Console Companion starting with version 48.54.3003.0 for Windows 10.

From What's new:
