    Xbox sign in issues on PC


    When I try and log in to my Xbox account on my PC it says "This program is blocked by group policy. For more information, contact your system administrator". This also happens when I try and install something on the Microsoft store. This is a PERSONAL PC and I don't know why this is happening and it is very annoying. It has been happening for a while and I don't know how to fix it. I have a pre-built computer from NZXT and the fact that it is a pre-built could be the issue but I just don't know.

    Xbox One Game Streaming Sign In Issue

    Thanks for keeping us in the loop. With the information you have provided, it seems that the console has something to do with the issue. To further isolate the issue, kindly perform the steps below on your console:

    • Turn off your Xbox One console.
    • Remove all the cables on it and let it rest for 3 minutes.
    • Reconnect all the cables and turn on the console again.

    After performing the steps above, kindly reset the console again and check if still does the same thing.
