Windows 10: Xbox Wireless Adapter not Working on Windows 10

Hello. It is time for Microsoft to answer for this issue. Stop telling us the same thing on how to fix this over and over again, knowing it doesn't work and closing the topic! YOUR Update, or YOUR adapter is not working properly anymore, and you know it. We've tried every suggestion possible and it doesn't fix it. My wireless adapter literally lit up once today and never before, but also never again since those few seconds. YOU need to update your software again or give us all the refunds we deserve for this stupid, stupid issue! The adapters are not working! My XBox controller is connecting to my laptop! But it is not connecting to my desktop, but only because my laptop has a built in bluetooth. My desktop has a built in bluetooth, too, but my controller is intermittent! Stop lying and covering up and FIX THIS ISSUE or I'll start creating a movement to change to Apple and Playstation.
