    This seems to have been around for a long while. Every search gets redirected to yahoo search. I've looked for an answer and am beginning to get paranoid that yahoo won't help me find the cause. What is up with this insidious malware?

    Hi

    This probably, strictly speaking, a Windows 10 issue but, hopefully, someone out there can help me. Somehow I seem to have acquired a Yahoo search engine that keeps appearing in my Firefox browser. Can anyone tell me a foolproof way of deleting it? I have tried all the conventional ways but the program doesn't appear in the program list, nor does it appear when I do a search on the computer (via the bottom left hand panel). Any suggestions?

    Yahoo has hijackd my search

    You are comparing Yahoo Search to the IE browser. Apples and oranges. See if this is what you are looking for.

    Follow the steps here.

    Remove Us.yhs4.search.yahoo.com redirect (Virus Removal Guide)

    If it is not listed in the Control Panel, or it can't be removed there, move on to step 2. HitmanPro might not be needed.

    When i browsing on google chrome (search engine: google), it always redirecting to yahoo. Example, when i search MICROSOFT, it will redirecting to

    ->http://d-and-h.com/bb.html?q=microsoft and then Yahoo ist jetzt Teil von Verizon Media.

    I tried to re-install the google chrome but it doesn't fix anything. What should i do?
