Windows 10: Yellow hyperlinks, Windows 10

I need to change the color of some of the reference points, referrals text or link (click on) points text so I can read them easier, this is what I'm talking about. All I find on internet is info of High contrast from Desktop Display, personalize , that doesn't do what I am trying to do. I just want the yellow text to be another color easier read, this is an image of my Reliability Monitor but I have this color on other places in Windows 10 1803, so tell me what are these clicking points called ? How do I change the color of text or fonts on Windows 10 ?

Yellow font hyperlinks

After upgrading to windows 10 some hyperlinks show up with yellow fonts making them difficult for me to read. Does anyone know how to change the default color for hyperlink fonts from yellow to blue or red?

Unreadable yellow font for hyperlinks in Windows 10 system windows. I need to change the color so it is readable.

 

Yellow hyperlinks on Windows 10

I tried the theme fix but it didn't work for me. I guess my Windows has a few corrupted files, since the command sfc/scannow can't fix the problem as well as the Microsoft support.

I'm not sure if it's related to the yellow hyperlinks but my computer keeps freezing and crashing when I use virtualbox even if it's supposed to be compatible with Windows 10. The software Cisco packet tracer is also often freezing.

I still have no clue of what is the cause of the yellow hyperlink except that it is probably corrupted system files. I will clean install a new copy of Windows in the near future.
