You blocked me from commenting on news items without any warnings or what violations if any so I have no idea why I am blocked and no way to get unblocked so it seems to be MSN censorship like FB

Windows version 1809 - excel displays new comment instead of insert comment

Did all of the steps you suggested and the drop down list still does not show "insert comment" HOWEVER when I select "new note" from the dropdown list, it works the same as "insert comment". I think the engineers changed the title. Also at the top
of the excel screen is a field "tell me what you want to do"; if you type in insert comment, the insert comment window comes up and looks exactly like the window when you select "new note". As you suggested, I will send feedback to the engineers. Thank
you for your help.

 

Blocked from commenting.

Why am I blocked from commenting when I am not any more guilty of violating the code of conduct than many who have attacked me other than I am Conservative and they are Liberals? Seems to me your bias is showing. And why am I blocked "indefinitely" with no parameters?

 

Disable unwanted warning when deleting items

No they are not downloaded files, and not blocked. It occurs for any file/folder on my desktop.

For example, if I create a new folder on the desktop by right clicking on a blank space on the desktop, and selecting: "New > Folder".

And then drag/drop it to the recycle bin. The warning appears.

I found many posts on Google addressing the problem. But the only suggested solution was to change a registry item.

I was hoping for a more simple way to stop it.
