Windows 10: you have been signed in with temporary profile-win10

hello earlier today i was using my computer suddenly electricity went off, when it came back i am having this problem,


i tried signing out and resigning, then removing account, nothing works,

whatever i do it comes back to this mode, i tried going in safe mode, then editing the registry and renaming myprofile name and remove.bak extension form it, now i am trying updating windows,my windows build number 1903

please help me out

My PC is giving me the you have been signed into a temporary profile bullshit every time i log in with password. It proceeds to then always do this no matter how much I try to fix it. Fix You've been signed in with a temporary profile in Windows 10 that is the forum that I used. I tried every step for one .bak file but nothing worked. It just always logs me into a temporary profile no matter what I do to fix it.

If you are not connected to domain, then I suggest you to try to login to your temporary user account, enable built in administrator account and perform the below troubleshooting step:

Step 1: Enable Built-in Admin account.

• Press Windows + X key together on your desktop screen.
• Click on Command Prompt (admin) to open Command Prompt.
• Type the following command and hit Enter:
  • net user administrator /active: yes (Check for the spaces)
• Now log off from the current user and try to login to the administrator account that is enabled.

Step 2: Run the SFC.

System File Checker is a utility in Windows that allows users to scan for corruptions in Windows system files and restore corrupted files.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Right click on the Start button, click on
  Command Prompt (Admin).
  
• 
  Type “sfc /scannow” without the quotes and hit
  Enter.
  
• 
  After the scan, restart the computer and check for the issue.
