I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Microsoft authenticator: a few questions

I too use the authenticator app & the app doesn’t seem to backup to the Microsoft account - many users have lost access to all their accounts due to not having the app backed up to iCloud/Google cloud or the recovery codes for each account. If it does then there doesn’t seem to be any indication on how to recover the accounts via Microsoft.
