You required permission from SYSTEM to make changes while trying to uninstall a game folder

I'm having problems with uninstalling the game Wolfenstein II New collosus, I can't uninstall it from apps & functions due to it not showing up there. I tried delete it manually but i lack permissions from SYSTEM to delete it, even though i'm on administrator account. I tried changing the properties of the file to give myself permission but it just locks up and I can't change any permissions. Is there any way i can give myself the permissions to delete it or uninstall it from somewhere else?

    I already tried :

    - apps & functions

    - microsoft store

    - start menu

This is how it looks like :

  2. You require permission to make changes to this folder

I'm trying to uninstall a game called Unturned, and I try to delete the game's folder but it says: "You require permission from DESKTOP-RIPBOUA/madle to make changes to this computer" (DESKTOP-RIPBOUA is my laptop's name, and madlegos3 is my username.
Don't know why it cutoff the gos3 though) I've tried editing my permissions for the folder the game's in but nothing works. I've tried restarting my laptop, but it still doesn't work. I've also tried reinstalling the game through Steam (Software I installed
unturned from), but it doesn't delete everything.

  4. You required permission from SYSTEM to make changes while trying to uninstall a game folder

Unable to delete a particular folder. Error: "You require permission from Administrators to make changes to this folder."

Windows Edition 10 Version 1809, OS build 18272.1000

After installing the latest creators update I have the following issue. When using Explorer to delete a folder that is not empty I always get this issue: "You require permission from Administrators to make changes to this folder." It doesn't matter
if I just created it or not. I can remove the folder just fine using rmdir <folder> /s /q.

    Steps to reproduce the issue:

    1. Using explorer create the folder c:\users\rob\a\b\c.
    2. Using explorer try to delete folder c:\users\rob\a.
      1. It fails with "You require permission from Administrators to make changes to this folder."
    3. Using explorer delete the folder c:\users\rob\a\b\c -works just fine
    4. Using explorer delete the folder c:\users\rob\a\b -works just fine
    5. Using explorer delete the folder c:\users\rob\a -works just fine.

This will also reproduce the issue

    1. mkdir c:\users\rob\a
    2. mkdir c:\users\rob\a\b
    3. mkdir c:\users\rob\a\b\c
    4. Using explorer try to delete folder c:\users\rob\a.
      1. It fails with "You require permission from Administrators to make changes to this folder."

This is a new behavior and is causing some build tools to fail.

    Thanks,

    Rob
