    The low on memory warning is rather misleading. It does not mean there is a shortage of RAM and Windows doesn't even have a warning for this. The warning occurs when the commit charge is approaching the commit limit. Often this is caused by either a non existent or too small pagefile but there are other causes.

    Post a screenshot of Task Manager- Performance tab, showing memory information. This has important information not easily obtained elsewhere. Resource monitor does not have it.

    I have bad news, my computer no longer boots into windows, it says that I don't have enough memory to start windows, so yeah.

    Good day.

    Make sure ram sticks aren't dislodged in their slots. Take all them out and reseat them again.

    Before i saw your post, it let me back into Windows, but i could smell something burning and sure enough it was the ram, so I replaced it with a 16gb module and everything seems fine.
