    I have not used my computer since 2017. I finally put it back together and updated the system fully and keep getting the notice.

    The windows version is:

    Version 1703 (OS Build 15063. 1418)


    I have used the troubleshooter for windows update multiple times and it didn't work.

    I have uninstalled the updates and reinstalled them and that did not work.

    One update that continues to fail to install is Feature update to Windows 10, version 1903. I'm not sure why Microsoft is automatically trying to install a version 1903 update.
