Windows 10: Your Device ran into a problem and needs to restart...Bluescreen Stop Code faulty hardware...

has anyone had this happen?

BlueScreen (Stop Code)

Hi. The stress test crashed my pc after 5 minutes at 100% CPU usage without giving me a bluescreen/stop code.

Until my pc rebooted I passed all tests.

EDIT: What does that mean for me? Is my CPU hardware faulty or could it be a driver problem? I have my chipset drivers, graphics card drivers and OS (Win 10) all on the newest updates.

EDIT 2: Not sure if it related or not: when trying to validate my system with CPU-Z it instantly restarts/fast crashes and reboots.
