    “Your it administrator has limited access to some areas of this app” never ending error..


    So a couple of days ago I bought a laptop from a Microsoft authorised refurbished and everything was fine up until I wanted to download something on the internet it gave me a error saying this file potentially contains a virus or u wanted software but I know it doesn’t as I have downloaded it before so apparently to solve the 1st issue I had to go to virus and threat protection and disable real time protection but when I clicked it it gave me another error saying “your it administrator has limited access to some areas of this app contact your IT help desk for more info” which it administrator?
