    Teredo is unable to qualify in the network of xbox app,your network settings are blocking party chat

    I have found this error 2-3 weeks ago when i was trying to join my friends party to use game chat.But it comes up with this "your network settings are blocking party chat [0x89231906."so then i go into the network settings and this error comes up,I
    have tried all the solutions on other microsoft help pages and none of them worked.If you could get back to me that would be great.

    Hello games ,im new to the xbox scene , someone invited me to a party and when i tried to join it i got an error stating that my party chat is blocked , how do i unblock it?
