Windows 10: Your organisation does not allow you to place this file here.

So, a little background. I am having this problem on a laptop I used for school, I was told it was put on the system but I didn't really know what that involved, but when trying to move a certain file it came up with this error message "Your organisation does not allow you to place this file here" I have gone into settings and signed out of my school account from the access work and school page and then restarted my computer but the problem still remains. A factory reset would most likely solve the problem but that would also delete the file so it's not really an option. Completely removing the school system is a perfectly good option as I am leaving the school in less than a week and the online school I am doing at the moment would work just as well on my other computer without the school system on it.

The other day I was copying some files to a USB stick but I got an error message saying “Your organisation does not allow you too place this file here”. I have never had this before. I have been all over the internet looking for a solution but none of them
worked. I am using Windows 10 Home. Any help would be apprediated,

Are you part of an organization as organization must have put a Group policy in force?
