    i factory reset my pc using a usb of fresh windows 10 pro software. I have turned secure boot off. i cannot install many different exe files and always get the message "Your organization used windows defender application control to block this app". This persists when i disable all windows defender through settings, gpedit and 'using bsdedit /set nointegritychecks on' and 'bcdedit /set testsigning off'. Again, this is a brand new install using microsoft downloaded and created usb windows 10 media. I have tried before and after applying all updates. The only way i can is by doing advanced startu

    This subject <above> is my current nightmare... tried to do a clean install but ran into many problems... so I purchased upgraded license to Win 10 Pro - however now I cannot install any apps. period... All I get is this.. Your Organization used Windows
    Defender Application Control to block this app - however I don't have an organization... Please reply with a fix?

    - I have turned off all Windows Defender and Firewall

    - I have changed all App & Browser Controls to off

    - I have entered the generic Win 10 product code

    Please help!!!

    • What build and version of Windows 10 are you currently using?
    • What method did you use to re-install Windows 10?
    • Are you also having this issue when installing/running Microsoft applications or apps downloaded from the Windows Store?
