Windows 10: Your pc didn't start correctly error

Hello, It was my first time to setup windows by myself. What happens is that after setup is completed, the screen suddenly freezes i.e. Everything in the screen is immobile even cursor doesn't move. so I shutdown the pc forcely and when I try to run pc again I find this message "it looks like windows didn't load correctly". I fixed this by setup repair. it works for the first time, but when the problem happens again the method doesn't work and this message appear"Your pc didn't start correctly". I tried many things that didn't succeed, finally I reseted the pc and it worked. The question is h

Chrome/ App didn`t start

Hi,

Thanks for your help but... it didn`t work, I get the same error...

I would like to try some more solutions before reinstalling the Windows, so if you can assist me a little bite more... ... it would be highly appreciated.

Notification didn´t appear

Windows 10 has ben released for 1 day and a half,and I didn´t get the notification for installing.I reserved it.Can anyone help me?

PS I am running Windows 7 and it´s up to date.

No i didn`t. I didn`t shut down with hibernate.

Q 2:

No i haven`t for example i didn`t active hibernate.

Q 3:

I cannot do anything beacuse desktop don`t open
