Windows 10: "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart" Issue in Windows 10"

Hi,
Yesterday my desktop had an improper shutdown and after that i restarted it shows blue screen with ""Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart" Issue in Windows 10"
It scanned and found errors and failed attempting repairs as well.
It showed : "Automatic repair couldn't solve the issue.
I opened troubleshoot and tried system restore i found three restore points and i tried to restore to a previous point with critical update but it couldn't complete successfully. I tried safe mode as well but nothing worked
I opened command prompt but surprisingly it is X:\windows\system 32 and it shows "not enough memory resources are available to process this command
why it is X: instead of C:
Also i tried chkdsk :/f/x/r and it found some errors,,can we do chkdsk from :X\windows?.
I don't have a recovery CD/USB now
How can i get back to my windows without losing any data
what is the real issue here?

please help me to solve the issue asap

Note:This problem happened in my office desktop but i have my personal laptop with recovery in E drive. I think i can copy files from E drive to USB and do recovery in desktop.but my laptop installation setup was WIN 8 and later it updated to WIN 10 online..but my desktop is win 10..

I suggest you to try startup repair using Windows 10.

• On a working PC, go to the
  Microsoft software download website and create Windows 10 installation media.
• Insert the installation media you created, and then restart your PC.
• On the Install Windows screen, select Repair your computer. (If you’re not seeing this screen, your PC might not be set up to boot from a drive. Check your PC manufacturer's website for info on how to boot from media, and then try again.)
  
• On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot. Select
  Advanced Options >Startup Repair.

I suggest you to run check disk provided by Isha Soni to fix the issue, by downloading Windows 10 to a USB.

Windows 10 upgrade problem, no input accepted

I really hate having to come here and ask for help, but I really am stumped. It hurts my geek pride. I have a PC with fairly modern hardware in it. It has a p8p67 pro in it. I have tried upgrading windows 10 on it twice now. Both times I have had the same result.

After windows finishes upgrading it goes to the log in/set up screen. I can't do anything. No keyboard or mouse input is accepted.

I will list some, or hopefully all, of the troubleshooting steps I have tried:

• Move keyboard and mouse to different USB ports.
• Try different keyboard or mouse.
• Restart computer, repeatedly.
• Google for related issues.
• Update Bios, because why not.
• Create boot media and revert to windows 7.

The windows 10 system restore boot media works fine with keyboard and mouse. All USB ports work in windows 7. I don't know what is wrong. I suspect that windows 10 is lacking a driver of some sort, but since the computer accepts no input I have no way of checking for which driver let alone installing it.

Please help me figure this out. If I have to revert back to windows 7 again, I am not going to get it upgraded to windows 10. Thank you in advanced.
