    Hello! Today as I tried to launch my Laptop Acer Predator Helios 300, Windows 10 occurred a problem. Initially it said “Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart” and then went through a diagnosing action and froze out at “Preparing Automatic Repair” black screen with the logo of the brand in the middle of the screen an this text below.

    I searched for solutions but everything leads to going in advanced setting when “Preparing Automatic Repair” pops out on your screen and I don’t have this option appearing at all.

    I tried multiple ways to escape this loop such as Hard Reboot and Reboot while pressing F11 and nothing seems to work out.

    I read about that this problem may occur after installing some drivers. I did install drivers for my Headset the day before this problem occurred so I think this may be the reason.Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart [​IMG]
