Windows 10: Your PC ran into an error problem.

So windows had installed some cumulative updates and wanted to restart. My laptop was on 2004 since last month. I chose to restart and kept on getting this error. Now on trouble shooting I chose to uninstall the last feature update thinking that's what caused it. Now I'm back to 1909 from version 2004. But all of my installed games and softwares are gone. Is there any way I can get them back?

I'm scared to restart or install version 2004 again lol.

Computer not responding properly.

It hangs always.

I can't even able to open file explorer.

And finally PC ran into a problem and get into blue screen error and shows that error is due to memory management.
