    Hi, I want to ask how It's possible that I done a factory reset on my phone and I have lost all my contacts because I don't have a backup of them, but now the problem when someone calling me and my phone is contacted to PC via Your Phone app I see names of contact on PC but on mobile it is unknown number. My question is how can I get back my contacts from the PC or where shall I search for them.

    Supported phones for Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview


    Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.

    Lumia 640XL issue on contats privacy blocked?

    I update my phone frome W8.1 to W10, but now a all my apps cannot access my contats and i can't activate, all the app appear off.

    And i can't find a way to turn it on....
